| recalculate your budgets amounts |

If you did not set your budgets high enough, donít wait til the end of the season to get things back on track. You have no leverage then. Will people like the fact that their monthly payment is going up? No. Will some of them call up and be nasty. Yes. But you can mitigate this by sending out a note with the new statement amount that explains why it is necessary to raise the rate: ìno one envisioned prices rising this high. And had we set your monthly estimate much higher back in June, you might have called angrily wondering why we wanted so much money from you. But now that the actual bills are so big, we need to... Please donít make the mistake of just increasing the amount with no explanation. Remember, many of them think youíre making more money because prices are higher.
Consider for next year a major push on budget enrollments. One of our clients evaluated his customer losses through December. He now has half his customers on budget, thanks to some consistent marketing we orchestrated for him. 85% of all his losses were non-budget customers. We typically increase enrollments by two to three times, versus when companies do it on their own. Click here to learn more.
